FLY Car Models BMW M3(E30) Group A

BMW M3(E30) was one of the most popular touring race/ tarmac rally car that had good performance on late 80's to early 90's. It seemed variations of major team liveries were almost covered all.

You know many team liveries are modeled up but in the real only some have made result and popular is forcus on the few.

That's why I often lose sight my car on race because some cars on the circuit which have same livery same racing number. It is definitely an innate strong point on 1/32 RTR pretty good for spend time with kids or beginners but it's pathetic to play still like that at experienced middle-age.

So at least I picked out one late '70s eye-catching livery for repaint. Momo is one of the few automotive accessory manufacturers to be able to the main livery other than oil, tobacco, food or beverage industries.

Repaint 2 cars as usual, this time green unusual for my wife and red for me. Now I can easily tell them from other's.

Scalextric Bentley Continental GT3

I suddenly had an image in my head and took paint brush in the middle of night. Thoroughly enjoyed tamiya enamel painting and decal making. Fantasy livery as usual. Inspired by the british warbirds this time. Painted with tamiya enamel. XF-27 Black Green and XF-50 Field Blue.

Policar March 701 white kits finished in fantasy Honda livery

This is the first build of this year 2021.  Policar March 701 white kits, finished in fantasy livery themed "what if".

If Honda had keep challenging the F1 till 1970?

Unfortunately 1st F1 challenge of Honda was ended up on 1968 because of some development issues, one big sad accident in France, etc.

I've imagined for a long time what if Honda had been kept challenging on the F1 till 1970.  In the real world, Honda had a very speed powerful engine, and contracted with Lola Cars for light weight chassis, but couldn't make results.

In those days, it was just a dawn of the aerodynamic era.  Now we can find some marks of their struggling on 1968 Honda RA301 and 302 for aerodynamic approaches.

Imagine what the history changed if Honda F1 team knocked on the door of a new chassis constructor on 1968-9?  March Engineering would be a very young and ambitious candidate.

If so, who will I have to assign for drivers?  I will have to call out David Hobbs and Chris Irwin.

They were 1968 Honda F1 drivers same as Jo Schlesser.  In the real, except lost Jo Schlesser and great John Surtees, after 1968 season has ended Hobbs and Irwin left F1 circus for good.

If I demand them to drive Honda F1 for 1970 season, they must be remembering RA302 incident of 1968.  I will have to provide completely different cars for them.  I can prepare whole new 2 cars "March Honda Dream1&2" for them.  We will have to try to win with dedication for gone JS, like his French friend Guy Ligier...

This time I built these cars on such an idea.  Thank you for reading.

PINK-KAR Citroën 2cv

Recent builds here.

Far far away from worldwide racing stream of these days, nearly antique construction.  Yellow is for my wife, red is for me.

Added some custom decals on the yellow road car, added same lead weights under both floors, motors are converted to carrera standard E200 picked up from my junkyard, and put on LED lights.

We run them by old 2013 Kyosho wireless controllers.
Very fragile for shockage and short circuit, dissatisfied for power curve adjust range and too sensitive first trigger touch, but we never throw away as long as receiving Kyosho customer service.

The main reason is it has very useful memory bank for preset the 50 combinations of voltage and brake adjustment.

Sorry for pics are out of focus.
I focused my phone camera on the front wheel to capture camber angle, but some were failed.

Well, now I might not get jealous when the slot-it version comes out.
